How Coaching Works

We begin the work by defining the objective and what success looks like. Over six sessions, the client gets to the heart of what's holding them back and explores new ways forward. Each session starts by reviewing progress and closes by defining next steps.

When an organization sponsors coaching, priorities may be aligned at the outset. The substance of coaching conversations remains confidential between coach and client except as otherwise agreed.
